Well it’s January 7 the year 2021. I have to say a couple of times in the last two weeks the colour picker actually worked! 😆👏🏽👏🏽 I was happily surprised because it’s been almost a year now since it was broken for me. But it stopped working again! 😭😭😭Anyway I wonder about all the people who used to use this formerly great app. I’d like to know if they all went back on to Photoshop or Procreate? It’s been a long time broken. ☹️

All signs look to me like this amazing app is sadly now in a crisis situation. This problem for me is at least half a year now! I’m very sad about that. 😞

Wow! Still no fix? Does anybody actually work there? Or explanation? Maybe Infinity is now a ghost company??

Every time I reluctantly go to try it again and boom a big black dot on my creation. 🤬 lol

And yes I’m using IPad Pro 14.1 OS now. It worked for years for me probably until one of your updates. So maddening!

I’ve been having this same problem for the last half a year. You’re right it is devastating. Such an essential tool! I’ve been so frustrated for so long as I’ve never been able to navigate these forums well. I’ve been waiting for a fix for a long time. About to give up on Inffinity. So so frustrated!

Once again press and hold is quirky or doesn’t work at all on iPad Pro. You guys haven’t fixed this after a year ago???
