Thank you @Komatös and @SPaceBar. I spent some time uninstalling and updating drivers, I used DDU as recommended. The file still crashes Designer. I tried to open the file with iPad. This worked, so I saved the file as a new one. Then I successfully opened the "new" file on the desktop computer. Which is fine 🙂 but does not solve the problem for those who do not have an iPad... 😄 -

Hi, I also have a problem opening older files. It seems that this issue is with files that are over 20 MB size because other smaller older files can be opened without Affinity Designer crashing. I try to open the attached file. AD crashes almost immediately. I tried to find a report, see it attached to my message too.
