  1. None of the compatibility tabs were enabled. I tried your 2nd suggestion, but no luck with that either. The Affinity Photo initial screen appears but the windows error message sits on top and when I close that everything closes down. I have tried Photo version 1.6.5. and the beta version 1.7.0.
  2. I receive this message each time I try to load Affinity Photo, however when I click on a photo which has been saved as an Affinity Photo file, the program opens succesfully. ( I'm using Windows 7) Can anyone tell me why?
