[IDML Implemented] How can I open Indesign (indd and idml) Files in Publisher?

Not offering indd export and import is like offering Openoffice without doc or xls compatibility. Or a car that runs on hydrogen. It's THE crucial feature for anyone who is yearning for a way to escape the Adobe extortion machine.
