Install Setup Failure

webchemist posted a topic in V1 Bugs found on Windows

My install of 1.7.2 for Publisher fails on setup. I've have downloaded the file again but install still fails. Tried reinstalling 1.7.404 but it now fails. Any help would be appreciated.

The install gives an error message of setup failure. Anyone one else have this.
