[Exporting with missing parts]

I have closed the unsuccessful file and did not save it because it was frustrating me and didn't think it can be useful to anyone.

I tried to replicate the process today so that I can send you the files you asked for but it is all working fine now. I can't make that issue to come up again. Everything is perfect today. I tried with different file types starting with raw file, cropping raw file, adjusting with live filter layer but everything was fine today. I will try to add a couple of tweaks I may have done yesterday.

So I am really new 

and here is my problem:

I changed some parts of the original photo with live filter and when I was happy and tried to export this amazingness to jpg I got an image with some missing parts, like white rectangles of missing parts. There are two white rectangles that correspond with the edit done with live filter. Is there something I missed? Please help.
