Custom ICC Color Profiles in v1.8.6 not working!

I've tried using the path above and it still doesn't work. I'm using designer. I don't have the option to import an ICC file that I can find. -
When trying to open a new file or any file for that matter. Designer freezes and will not load anything. Tried re-downloading, also tried opening different page sizes. Nothing works
