Install on Windows laptop and desktop...

Is Affinity Designer licensed by computer or user. I have a Windows laptop and a Windows desktop computer, and would like to install the program on both. I am self-employed and would be the only one using the software, and wouldn't be able to use it in both places at one time. Thanks.
