The software is yours for as long as you wish to use it and updates will be free to use it until we get to version 2.0. At that point you can choose either to keep using it as is or pay to receive more updates.
Bearing in mind that we released version 1.5 in November 2016 and 1.6 in November 2017 it is safe to say that version 2.0 is still some time away.

I think you're on Mac. On Windows it's easy to Export or Save directly into Dropbox by navigating to a Dropbox folder in the dialog window. Or any other cloud service that ties into the Windows file system.

You can use the Black and White adjustement layer to fine tune the result, or, select the image and click on the "K only" or similar meaning button that appear at the top, with infos like DPI and "replace image" button.
